On the morning of October 12, the 7th Shandong Cultural Industry Expo “Cultural + Cultural and Creative Industry” high-end forum was held in Jinan. More than 40 experts and scholars from both inside and outside the province have carried out heated discussions on topics such as "cultural and creative industry integration and development", "cultural and creative industry new and old kinetic energy conversion" and "cultural industry expo to become bigger and stronger" and achieved fruitful results. The forum was co-sponsored by the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences and the Organizing Committee of 7th Shandong Cultural Industry Expo, organized by the Institute of Culture of the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences. Zhang Shaohong, deputy dean of the Shandong Academy of Social Sciences, and Zhang Xinzhi, head of the comprehensive group of Organizing Committee office of the Cultural Industry Expo, gave warm speeches. Professor Li Xiangmin, vice president of Nanjing University of the Arts, gave a keynote speech. Tu Keguo, Director of the Institute of Cultural Studies of Shandong Academy of Social Sciences presided over the meeting. Professor Sun Lijun, Dean of School of Literature and Journalism, Shandong University of Finance and Economics; Professor Zhang Zhenpeng, deputy dean of School of Business, Jinan University; Professor Sun Shuwen, Director of the Department of Social Sciences of Shandong Normal University, Vice Chairman of Shandong Federation of Literary and Art Circles; and Researcher Li Ranzhong, Institute of Cultural Studies of Shandong Academy of Social Sciences made keynote speeches, and other dozens of experts also made wonderful speeches around the theme.

As an important part of the modern cultural market system, the Cultural Industry Expo is an important platform to promote cultural exchanges and cooperation and promote the development of cultural and creative industries. Some of the world's largest cultural fairs have become beautiful business cards for local cities. The Shandong Cultural Industry Expo has been successfully held for seven sessions, and its influence, radiation and driving force have been continuously enhanced. It has played an active role in promoting the inheritance and innovation of Qilu culture, the trade of cultural industry projects, the display of fruitful achievements in cultural construction, the expansion of foreign cultural exchanges and cooperation, and the active spiritual and cultural life of the masses. It is rapidly becoming an important regional cultural exhibition in China.

Experts believe that under the situation of technological innovation, consumption upgrading and policy promotion, resource integration, industrial integration and cross-border development have become an important trend in the development of China's cultural and creative industries. Adapting to the trend and implementing the cultural development strategy of “full integration”  is an inevitable choice for the construction of a strong cultural province in Shandong in the future. The “full integration” development strategy consists of three dimensions: First, "culture + elements", we must promote the integration of culture and technology, culture and capital, culture and creativity, and improve the quality and efficiency of cultural industry development; Second, "Culture + Industry", we must promote the cross-border integration of culture and modern agriculture, industrial manufacturing, tourism, education, sports, information industry, etc., and continuously expand the development space of cultural industries; The third, "Culture* Culture", guided by the concepts of "Internet +", "three networks integration" and "all media". We must promote the new formats, new models and new growth points within the cultural industry, realize the fission and fusion development of the cultural industry.
